At ManiacForge, we ship your protection gear with the same care you give your cards. Here’s how we handle shipping:

🌍 Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.

💸 Free shipping

Free tracked shipping on all orders of €250+ (worldwide)!
Orders under €250 → shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Some oversized or heavy items may carry a surcharge or be excluded from free shipping. Any exception will be noted on the product page.

⏱️ Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

🚚 Estimated transit times

These are typical carrier estimates after dispatch and do not include customs delays.

🧾 Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

📦 Packaging

We use protective packaging suitable for sleeves, and accessories. Your items are packed to arrive in collector ready condition.

💥 Damaged or lost shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

📩 Email us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery
📎 Include your order number and clear photo evidence (if damaged)
We’ll investigate and make it right.

❗ Address issues

Entered the wrong address?
Email us immediately at tristan@maniacforge.com. We can correct addresses before shipment. After dispatch, changes or reroutes are usually not possible. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the standard shipping cost.

🛃 Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We declare contents and value accurately in line with regulations.
